The conservatives are fools: They whine about the decay of traditional values, yet they enthusiastically support technological progress and economic growth. Apparently it never occurs to them that you can’t make rapid, drastic changes in the technology and the economy of a society without causing rapid changes in all other aspects of the society as well, and that such rapid changes inevitably break down traditional values.

Brooklyn gets Barry Lewis

... and Queens gets Amateur City

How could you possibly see this as a conservative/liberal issue?

Ric Burns, Barry Lewis?

What have they got to do with this?

It's a humble video made by someone doing it for his own satisfaction and to put his own family history on record. He's putting it on YouTube, not looking for a paycheck from PBS.

Get yourself a camera and do a better job.

To Anonymous #2:

I love people like you who criticize from the the safe sidelines, while hiding under anonymous. For those criticizing this guy who made the video or the East Elmhurst video, go out and make the world a better place, go out and do good for your community, go out and make a spectacular video and show us as opposed to making a snide comment on Queens Crap while hiding under the safety of anonymous and more than likely not doing jack shit to help make the world a better place (or better yet your own community) beside bitching which is passive. A big problem in today's society.

It seems like everybody' wants to be
either a critic or movie director these days.

Stop complaining!

A cell phone isn't supposed to be competing with
a big old monster sized Hollywood 35mm Mitchell movie camera!

When you can afford to rent a Panavision rig
you'll probably still turn out shit...you techno nerd!
