There are a lot of streets where I have noticed there are no signs or the sign that is there is faded white. I guess DOT is so busy with bike lanes and pedestrian plazas that it forgot it is supposed to put up signs so people can know where they are and where they are going.
I called 311 to tell them of an intersection where all the signs were missing months ago and they still have not replaced them. What is going to happen when someone needs 911 and cant tell where they are because every sign is missing?

Someone should take down that sign before it falls on some kids head.

Please. DOT can't be bothered with this minor trivial issue until the Ed Koch Bridge signs are all in place.
