Arverne eyesore inches toward completion

You may recall that we featured this row of homes in Arverne on the blog back in March of this year. The permits were expired, the lots were full of garbage and the balconies were rusted.

Six months later, the permits are active again, the street is opened back up and the front lawns have been paved over. The rust is still present, however.
