From the Daily News:City Councilwoman Elizabeth Crowley (D-Middle Village) is calling for an investigation into what caused what she and residents said was the worst flooding in the area in recent memory.
We really need to investigate this? The answer is a lot of rain and shitty infrastructure, which has been the same story now for several years.

If you look at the streets, catch basins are not placed realistically. Going down some of the hills between Myrtle and 77th Ave in the 80's streets the catch basins are on 78th & 77th aves. So I guess the water going down hill is suppose to make a left or right at the corner?
Everything is a mystery to Liz Crowley because her IQ is lower than dirt.
