They oughta make it into a casino so the sick and dying can have a little fun and spend all their money before they buy the farm.
As a Rockaway resident our plan was and remains to drive ourselves with our last dying breath to Maimonides or if the gods will it all the way to Manhattan. OTOH it would nice to have a high standard of care hospital somewhere on the Peninsula - as with many things out here we are wondering why it is not possible.
