NY1 VIDEO: City Councilman Daniel Dromm and Jackson Heights residents have raised a stink for a long time about the pigeon waste that falls down from the beams of the Roosevelt Avenue/Jackson Heights subway station, but Dromm says he has a tough time getting the MTA to regularly clean it.

Start by getting police to enforce the law against littering/feeding pigeons.

I think the 50 or so cops left in Queens North have more important things to concern themselves with nowdays. That is, when their brass aren't pressuring them to write "movers and C's", and make bullshit collars.
Dromm should lead by example and clean up some of the poop on his own dime.
Why doesn't he install some bird deterrents - which can be a permanent fix rather than having to pay for regular clean up...?
You know there are companies that can rid those areas of the pigeons. Either contact the manufacturer of the bird deterrents - Bird B Gone - or a local bird control company such as JC Ehrlich Pest/Bird Control
There are various methods to keep the birds away from your home and not allow them to poop in your residential areas
