Looks more like a typo to me. Otherwise, I would say his/her spelling is fine. By the way, the correct word is "you", not "ya".
I have to give him credit where it is due - He makes me die laughing every time he starts trying to speak spanish. It almost makes me look foward to natural disaters when I know he is going to get on TV and make a complate azz out of himself trying to speak spanish.
Why is his only translation in spanish? What about the polish, chinese, italian, korean, french and other people? He should speak English only. By translating in spanish, he's disrespecting the other cultures.

By speaking Spanish the Mayor is encouraging the bifurcation of the American union. If he keeps this up, the United States will look like bi-lingual Canada.
