The website on the sign gives what appears to be Andersen's central phone number: 1-800-595-1967.
I'd call there and complain as well.
To do so, I think that along with the local number given on the sign you would need to give their exact street locations.

Please give the street address - I will also call it in AND call the company to complain.
Just pull them down folks. Grow a pair of balls and take action in your own lives and streets and communities. The Most Hated Bloomberg is not going to help you, right?
Taking them down is not good enough - I for one want the company FINED.
