It is pretty amusing but I wonder how much money the Vallone's are making from this senior residence. Why didn't the Vallone's just donate their share of the profits towards the Boys club instead of having a fund raising dinner.
Advice for any future tweeders, get behind a non profit like the Vallone's are doing with the Boys and Girls club. It is an easy way to escape public scrutiny for all your corrupt activities. After all these years I still don't understand how they were able to build this behemoth, it looks so out of place. Imagine the impact on the residents , who have to deal with the Raices senior center, senior housing, Boys club, Doctors office and who knows what else they shoehorned in the half a block.
Some interesting reading in case your weak and decide to give a nickel to the Boys and Girls club. You can google other instances where on the local level, head of Boys and Girls clubs are stealing money(Gloria Wise,Clifford Polston). Spend your money on your kids instead of giving it to these thieves.

These bastards turned my aunt and two of my neighbors down for admittance into this residence, life long residents of this neighborhood, because their social security payments were "too low".
This building was put up for the good of the neighborhood and it's aging citizens who cannot afford to live in their own neighborhood anymore or supposedly that was the crap that these bastards gave the neighborhood in order to build this monstrosity in a low density area and thereby have the zoning changed for their benefit ONLY.
Then we find out that a good number of the people that were accepted into this residence WERE NOT FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD. Why? BECAUSE THEY MADE MORE MONEY THAN OUR RESIDENTS AND WERE ABLE TO PAY MORE FUCKING RENT.
I hope the Vallone's all come down with stomach cancer and die from slow, painful deaths.
