“No Parking – Other Times” is meaningless without other signs around with times on them. There were none to be found near the corner where this has been installed.

It would be funny if it wasn't sad. You know someone is going to geta ticket.
One would be foolish to park there at any time without any other signs. Common sense should tell you not to park there. I don't see the big deal. The city (city workers) put up thousands of parking signs. Nobody is perfect, some mistakes are inevitable. People act like the scummy city and its workers should be perfect all the time. We all make mistakes. This one is fairly minor. Call 311 and it will get fixed eventually.
Try fighting this ticket in Bloomberg's Kafka Traffic Violations Court.
It's a waste of time. The judges are clueless puppets and are brainwashed into collecting fees whether they are warranted or not.
