Dear Crapper,Matches again. I really can't believe this. The city is really slacking. Not only has work been completed at 110-46 63rd Road, illegally, but there is a full family living there with no respect for the entire block.
They keep their bright, energy wasting lights on ALL NIGHT and park their HUMMER taking up all the space. As you can see in the DOB site, they still have outstanding violations and more complaints have been logged in. Aren't criminal charges supposed to be issued after 5 ECB violations?
What I don't get is the stop work order. Two months ago I saw it still posted on the mcmansion however the site does not have it and the sign on the gate has been removed. Looking at the DOB page for the neighboring house, 110-44, which is not done any construction, the SWO seems to be in place there. This smells like corruption and I'm sure Mr. VADIM FEZAMAYEV has a lot to answer for.
In other news, the construction owner who built this monstrosity, ALEKSEY SHIMONOV is also in hot water it seems. His address, 63-36 110th Street, which I see you have written about in the past, has been illegally modified too and renting out an apartment.
They have not adhered to the city's fines or requirements. I don't care what excuse these guys give, too big families, lot of money, whatever, bottom line when they make illegal structures, don't follow the law AND bother other people for their own selfish pursuits, they need to be reprimanded and reported.

1. the house at 63-36 110th Street was done by an unlicense architect, IRVENS ISRAEL, whose expeditor license has already been revoked by the DOB. The application was rubber stampped by NAJIBULLAH FAROOQI P.E.
2. the extension at #110-46 is actually under #110-44. This property has a partial vacate order and a stop work orders (with two fines: $10,000 & $50,000). I suspect the owner/architect changed the house number in the DOB's computer system to confuse people.

im am a neighbor of vadim sezanayev and i think this house is very beautiful and makes our block better than it already was. i dont know what you are all talking aboutt in my opinion you guys are just jelous and hating on his beautiful idea.
As a Forest Hills resident who lives near the Fezamayev residence, I also have a few thoughts about this matter.
Most of my Bukharian neighbors take great pain and cost to build within the law. My next-door neighbor has 9 complaints on his home, but zero violations. For what?
For legally building a brick fence and staircase into his basement. The same anonymous other neighbor keeps snitching to the city, but the city finds no violations.
My neighbor and I feel sorry that city resources must be wasted each time because of vengeful neighbors claiming a false violation.
If making false 911 calls is a crime, because it wastes our city's manpower and funds, shouldn't those who keep making the same baseless complaints against my neighbor also be punished?
The reason the DOB doesn't get to legit complaints is because they are always responding to bogus ones, just as the inspection history shows for this property.
The inspection history for this property shows 24 violations, half of which are open.

Queens use to be a nice area till the Bukharis all moved in. They're everywhere just like roaches and its only going to get worse. Thank god, I'm moving out of the area and away from these scourge.

Forest Hills is beautiful - new construction like this bothers me - it looks like a box without architectural interest. The short white columns and the flatness of the windows - does NOT enhance the nab for sure. (Hummer too? hmmmm 2 pitbulls in the front yard per chance?)

What local pols do you think are after this guy? Work without a permit. Why is he so hell bent to not follow the rules? The other 2 houses have vacate orders on them. That's for safety reasons.

A good friend of mine said the homeowners have been threatening neighbors with serious stuff but they are too afraid to go to the authorities.
