NYC Slaying Suspect Arrested Near San Diego

SAN DIEGO (AP/1010 WINS) -- Authorities say a New York City murder suspect has been arrested at a border crossing near San Diego.

The Department of Homeland Security said Wednesday that 28-year-old Rene Aguilar-Orzuna, a Mexican citizen, was arrested Friday as he tried to cross the U.S.-Mexico border with a fake passport.

Aguilar is wanted by the New York City Police Department in connection with a June 2003 slaying.

He is being held at the San Diego County jail.

This is the kind of individual that the Obama administration wishes to put on the fast track to citizenship!

Let's sign this guy up for health care, and make him a citizen as soon as possible!
