Nice, eh? There's a limo company operating out of the first floor of this house, and there's a car parked in front of it on the front lawn. Why? Well, maybe this has something to do with it. Just think... the bright light who parks his ride here has to back into the space from Metro, near Woodhaven Blvd - one of the busiest intersections in Queens.There are also complaints for illegal conversion of the basement and attic.

They have a a stretch that is parked there also.....
This guy also parks his limos across the street in the Chase Bank Parking lot over the weekends, sometimes on Cooper across from Moving Right Along.
The method he uses to park in Chases' lot is he parks his Limo so the gates can't be closed locking him in.
Well isn't he special! If he wants parking spots so badly, he should buy a house with a garage

I've been trying to have an illegal driveway closed for the last 8 years on the side of the corner house on 14th Street and 27th Avenue in Astoria. A disease that has run rampant in Astoria for too long. No one cares anymore in local government. They're all a waste.
This citation is proof positive that NO ONE is policing the criminal and corrupt DOB. They're are tons of violations on the books at the DOB.
Fire all of them and put the DOB under Federal control. It's the only way to stop this insanity.
