i need some lawsuit$$$$
I can already imagine the MTA spokespeople responding "We don't have money for this."
But they have money for executives' bonuses.
Mind-boggling, does anyone realize that that trestle carries about 75% of all LIRR traffic?
This is not the only LIRR trestle in need of maintenance..many of them simply need a coat of paint and to have their sidewalks maintained.
