TEANECK, N.J. (WABC) -- Police in New Jersey have made an arrest in a double murder in Teaneck earlier this week.
Nicholas D. Kiriakakis, 25, of Richmond Hill, New York is charged with the murders of Jonathan Beneduce and Michael Mirasola on February 17.
The two were found shot to death in their vehicle parked on Oakdene Avenue.
Investigators said Kiriakakis met with the victims in Queens and the three drove from there to Teaneck, New Jersey in separate vehicles.
It's believed the three traveled there for drug deal.
Investigators found evidence, including two simulated handguns, a stun gun, and illegally obtained prescription drugs, in Kiriakakis' vehicle, home and a restaurant/bar in Bayside called Pearl Nightlife that Kiriakakis part owns and manages.
After being interviewed by Bergen County detectives, Kiriakakis was charged with the murders.
The two victims were close friends and both were acquaintances of Kiriakakis, authorities said.
He was ordered held on three million dollars bail with no ten percent.
Kiriakakis was also charged by New York City Police with Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Possession of Prescription Ledger Drugs without a Prescription, and with being a Fugitive from Justice for the Bergen County charges.
He is currently being held in the Queens Detention Center awaiting extradition to New Jersey.

Hey isn't the Pearl restaurant the place that Justice's owner was rumored to have a stake in?
Yep.

Block Shopper
The Vorriases sold the house to this guy.
I was just going to ask -
OMG.
Drug dealers typically have their homes and themselves surrounded by pit bulls - they're so paranoid all the time. Justice was supposed to be a "guard dog and not treated as a pet.
Looks like Karma's going to kick some behinds! YEAH!
Ya' know what's funny - with all the publicity Justice's neglect received - this guy must've been so scared that someone would find out what was really going on at Pearl's. Vorriases may have sold to this sh*thead to get away from all the prying eyes.
I'm surprised really that the cops didn't pick up on this. No "sting" operations at Pearl? - hmmmmmm whas'up with that?
This guy also donated $200 to Paul Vallone on June 3rd 2009.Check it out on NYS Board of Elections,Discolsure reports.

No, it was a house in Richmond Hill that they sold to him. The house where they had Justice was in the Auburndale area
What "Justice" are you all referring to?
