Not really sure what is going on at 61-19 Flushing Avenue these days. It used to be an automotive repair shop, but last October the owner applied for an ALT1 permit to convert the garage into a day care, offices and 2 apartments for a new total of 4 stories. 
But that plan was disapproved by DOB and now they are doing "interior" demo which has spilled out onto the exterior...
