What is left to save? Too little, too late.

Sure, everyone was a bunch of dumb ignorant peasants waiting for someone whose family has real estate connections up the wazoo to do the heavy lifting for them.
The reality is the community is all but cut off from any outside information (newspapers, pols, community board, you name it) and anyone else trying this would be either ignored or overwhelmed with orchestrated pro-development blather.
Peter Vallone: community preservation hero! fighter of developers!
