Hiram skates

From the Queens Courier:

Queens Judge William Erlbaum sentenced the Queens lawmaker to three years of supervised probation, 52 weeks of counseling, 250 hours of community service and a $1,000 fine, but spared the embattled Senator any jail time on Friday, December 4.

So what exactly does "community service" entail? Cleaning hospital bedpans? Sweeping the sidewalks? Painting over graffiti?

If you don't like the outcome than create your own, otherwise stop crying.

Giraldo should be prosecuted.
-------------
Prosecuted is out thats for sure.
Giraldo and her mother are likely criminals trespassing in this country.

YouTube what this cheesecake slut is about in her home country and see what the local baught media wont tell.
Only Law abiding American citizens get handcuffs, fines & put through the mill, prosecuted in Santuary citys.

Guaranteed its not manual labor for him. "community service" can be going to schools to talk to kids, giving speeches, fund raising.

Basically, everything he does (or should be doing) anyway.

no jail time for first offenders - it sucks - but it happens to everyone - still - it would have been nice to see him go in for at least a month!

Let's hope the clowns in Albany do a better job when they pass judgment on him as to whether or not he retains his position. His address should be Sing Sing. Shame on the Judge. His address should be "retired". Joe C. better put tons of pressure on the people in the Capitol and let them know that this guy has got to go.

What a joke of a sentence - women everywhere should take exception to this judge and force their own lawmakers to force Mosey.rat to resign. Folks you can email Rep Joe Crowley who endorsed and supported this joke to run for office. Blame Joe Crowley for doing nothing except supporting Mosey-rat.

I have the perfect community service for him. They can make him the dunking clown at a carnival to raise funds for abused women.

For a few dollars, you get to hurl baseballs at him and knock him off his perch into a tub of water.

What a deal, what a deal.

Hiram turned on Malcom Smith, after Smith went to bat for him when the Albany Republicans wanted to dump him.

maybe the judge should have learned his lesson from that!

He probably won't do one hour of community service. I hope all women remember this at election time because I'll bet dollars to donuts sometime, someplace this dirtbag will run again.

I have a question....

is Karla Giraldo the same Carla Giraldo that was posing nude and half-naked on some Spanish show?
