From NY1:Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with forcibly touching an eight-year-old girl in Queens.
The incident took place last Saturday in the Flushing Public Library on Main Street.
The man was caught on surveillance tape.
Police released a sketch of the suspect, who is described as 30 to 35 years old, about five-feet-seven-inches tall, with a medium build and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a dark jacket, blue jeans, and a dark cap.

I would assume that this guy is white, given his blue eyes. But perhaps he isn't.
I've noticed that on TV it's rarely mentioned that a suspect is black. One is left to infer that from the video or drawing. What total NYC BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THis does not happen elsewhere in the country.
