So the DOB has a guy in a clown costume teaching kids about elevator safety. Which is appropriate because the DOB seems to be full of real clowns who many times fail to see anything wrong when an elevator isn't functional. Maybe next month they'll send an ECB clown to teach the kids how to get out of paying their violation fines.Here's more photos.

They should have sent Helen Keller, a guide dog and a cane to memorialize their enforcement efforts.

Easier said than done. Where is the city going to find work for people with size 25 shoes in a bad economy? Sheesh!!!!
This program as far as I know is funded by the Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation and not at all an expense for NYC. It's a program done all over the country.
