Election officials are now counting absentee and paper ballots in the 28th City Council District's Democratic primary that left incumbent Thomas White Jr. with only six votes more than his leading challenger, Lynn Nunes.
every time they start announcing that so and so won by only a slim margin.....the other side goes and counts....recounts....and gets a few more votes and WINS.

Wonder what ACORN would do if they actually had the power guys like you think they had.
