I saw a cabbage 3 times the size of this one once in Fairbanks, Alaska. That was due to the abundance of light in the Land of the Midnight Sun. I'd like to know this kid's secret here in lower latitudes. The plastic mulching perhaps? Maybe supplemental lighting with grow lamps?
