I came across a small residential development that seems to have been abandoned half-constructed. Almost every single piece of glass on the site had been shattered.

YOU THINK THATS BAD? Try 143-02 38th avenue. Its a 4 story 5 building fedder on 38th avenue right off Bowne Street in Flushing. The place has broken windows, graffitti filled doors, 4ft high grass and I don't think anyone will ever be moving into there.
What's the problem here? The property will fit right in when blighted Wallets Point businesses come to College Point. After all, it is Bloomturd's dumping ground, isn't it?
College point used to be a beautiful neighborhood. in the passed 10 years it turned into a dump looks like the city forgot a neighborhood i hope this doesnt effect whitestone its neighbor.

Is this it?
I remember walking the College Point shoreline. How did I miss this abandoned development?
Meanwhile, Manhattan is getting ribbons of new waterfront parks, while Queens gets crapp'd on.
