From the NY Post:
After an exhaustive search in the city and New Jersey, Muppet makers at the Jim Henson Co. are relocating from their SoHo digs at 627 Broadway to 37-18 Northern Blvd. in Long Island City.
The so-called Creature Shop, which designs and constructs all the Muppets, including Big Bird, Elmo and Kermit the Frog for the worldwide TV shows, will move into a 12,000-foot light-filled space on the fourth floor of the renovated manufacturing building.

Which one has less of a pulse?
The Muppet has more of a human expression on his face.
Both work by having a hand up the butt!!!!!
I though you hated Long Island City and its transformation and all those kooky people from foreign cities.
You hate them remember?
and you should also remember that jobs move to Queens because of those kooky people and in many ways a little money finds its way into your pocket as well.
Stop hating. Change is good for the kooky people and you too.
This isn't part of the "transformation"; this is bringing jobs to LIC from another part of the City. I doubt this is related to kooky yuppie transplants from the midwest. Sesame Street was born in NYC and is staying. Yes, that is a good thing.

No, I don't remember ever expressing hate for any part of Queens and I don't see what Sesame Street puppet making being moved from Manhattan to Queens has anything to do with the tower people of LIC. The group is relocating because they got a good deal on the space and it's near the subway.
But the people that will be employed there will be a lot more like the people you refer to as "tower people" then similar to you.
They will move to Queens and will join the people that you hate and the new culture in Queens, the culture of "the tower people".
You sound like a fifty's horror movie.
Ohh right, you still live in the fifties.
Why would they have to move to Queens? As mentioned, it's right near the subway.
Chances are many of them already live in Queens. Sunnyside is full of artsy folk, especially quirky ones like puppet makers. They moved there after they got pushed out of LIC.
How appropriate.
Now all those political clubhouse puppets will be jealous!
Need a little more vaseline up your butt C.M. Liu...to make Crowley's finger work you more smoothly?
Why vaseline? Plenty of room!

Where is that echo coming from??? A blast from the past? I gotta be careful when pulling the strings. I just got a brand new tweed suit!
Are you implying Liu's back door is so well used that it pops open by itself?
Well that's a crooked pol for you... so used to bending over every time a developer beckons.
But it's a rough fingered rectal exam for his constituents
ain't it? !!!
