First deposed - next, dethroned?

From the NY Times:

The federal government on Thursday morning began deposing Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg in connection with a discrimination lawsuit against the eponymous financial services and media giant he founded.

The deposition began at 9 a.m. in Manhattan, and was expected to last several hours, according to lawyers involved in the case, which was filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Mr. Bloomberg’s participation represents the most significant moment yet in a class-action lawsuit on behalf of more than 80 female employees who argue that Bloomberg L.P. engaged in a pattern of discrimination against pregnant women who took maternity leave.

Mr. Bloomberg, who is the majority shareholder of the company, is not a defendant in the lawsuit. The discrimination is said to have taken place after Mr. Bloomberg left to make a successful mayoral bid in 2001, but the suit asserts that “Michael Bloomberg is responsible for the creation of the systemic, top-down culture of discrimination.” And the mayor has conceded that he talked regularly to senior executives at the firm and was kept abreast of what was happening there.

This morning I heard Blumturd nasally intoning how he is providing funding for small businesses, and Christine piping ups that city council is helping.

This is the garbage that is killing us who want to fight him - and the reason that we HOPE Tony will ride to our rescue is not, in itself, an option.

We know most small businesses are hurting - fact is sales are down 30% while services are being cutback AND higher fees are imposed.

We know that this is, to a large extent, from his mismanagement of the city as well as his collogues mismanagement of the country.

We need a website that can track this advertising blitz and separate the MYTH from REALITY, something the main$tream media $eems incapable of doing (for $ome rea$on).

Any takers out there?

I would like to see Bloomberg in his new house--the big house.

Can someone explain how the Commissar is not a defendant in a discrimination against woman employees lawsuit, when one of his victims tells how he commanded her to "Kill it" when she happily and excitedly informed him personally of her pregnancy.

No lickspittles need reply.

The lies coming out of those commercials is unreal. Someone tell me again how a guy bent on raising taxes and closing firehouses is good for NYC?

How do you run the city when you are also running your corporation. In fact if discrimination against woman employees lawsuits are occuring at his company, the same will be surfacing at your Government shortly.

This guy need not apply to run again. We are being railroaded at every turn. When hard times as they are now are upon us what is the reaction of the Mayor? Raise taxes! There should be a special tax on those billionaire residents whom can easily afford it.

Once again, our stupid electorate will probably give him 4 more years.

Rather they would be spent in a penitentiary...damned arrogant elitist!

DEPOSE THE EMPEROR AT THE POLLS!

VOTE FOR AVELLA!

You don't need another website...just thousands of voters to dump Emperor Bloomberg this November!

Mayoral candidate Tony Avella is our only real chance
to undue the strangle hold that the real estate/building industry has over us New York residents.

Bloomberg and his henchmen are systematically destroying
the true viability of our great city!

Mr. Angry, brilliant! For the rest of you, follow the link!

1. I would suggest a stand alone site that makes a big effort to have the other blogs link inot it - something like the pro-Rublilican Election Projection site.

2. The blog can systematically comb the media for text, images, and clips then contrast the Myth with the Reality.

3. Most importantly, tease or bait the mainstream media on their abdication of responsibility to the public in exchange for dollars. This will drive them nuts and get you attention.

4. Publish the Mayor's schedule and give hints of nice questions the public can pose while he is at these events while cameras are rolling.

Try to imagine the breathtaking arrogance it takes for this Commissar to first address the "New York Women's Foundation" just before then heading to a deposition where he has to respond to the assertions of more than 80 woman who were sexually harassed by the Commissar's company.

Hint.

The women he addressed were likely paid to be servile to him and overlook his sexual assaults on more than 80 OTHER women. (See: women who supported Gallagher even after hear Gallagher's victim describe the assault.)

So, despite the Commissar's sexual assaults on women, there will be quite a few moronic women, who, having no self-respect of any kind (beyond some fashion attitudes) who will be there as his lickspittle barefooted and in the kitchen servants to vote for him.

As for the rest of us self-respecting and civilized folks, we will be DUMPING the little prick on November 3rd. Because we have too much pride to listen to his lying any more!
