Bloomberg pisses off reporter
From The Politicker:
Here's video of an incident at a May 26 campaign event, which was noted by the New York Times, in which a television reporter learns that when Michael Bloomberg is not scheduled to take questions, he won’t take questions. Note the deft boxing-out by the mayor's security detail and City Hall spokesman Stu Loeser.
Bloomberg often holds public events without taking questions, leaving the task of dealing with reporters to his press aides. Given the state of things, it's probably safe to assume that he'll continue to communicate with the media at his leisure. Whatever we may think of it.
That's because you keep giving him a pass...

Is anyone surprised?
Kings don't need to speak with us commoners. Come on now.
Hello time to wake up not even the media means anything to this man. He treats us all like shit and thinks he's above everyone.
From the NYTimes on this incident: "Shoving ensued, though it was not clear who pushed first, the reporter or the security guards."
Trust me some of these "ink-stained wretches" can be, shall I say, quite ungentlemanly at times. I have personally spoken to the Mayor at an event which I covered and he was very amenable to "chewing the fat" and posing for my camera.
Yeah so? It's usually established beforehand whether or not he'll take questions. For instance' he won't even acknowledge the press at funerals or wakes, which is entirely appropriate
And.... this was a political endorsement.
This is what happens when you have someone who thinks he's above everyone else and always gets his way. Just like a spoiled child. He's special and when he doesn't get what he wants, he just throws money at the situation until he gets his way. Taxpayers -- send a message to this tyrant -- we can't be bought and we will not re-elect him. The time is now to come together and make sure he's out on his ass come November.
I don't care how much money you have. Money can't buy class, or good manners in this case. Rude is rude. He thinks he's the king and we are his peons. He's disgraceful!
wow, finally a reporter with balls and doesn't stu LOSER shower? at least shave.
Bloomberg is rude, I was invited to his headquarter opening and the person stated that I can ask Bloomberg questions. When he passed by I ask him a question and he snap at me. Bitch. Then there were other people kissing his ass and asking for his autograph. That he didn't mean. fucking bloomberg need to fucking die already.

What is wrong with that reporter??? Does he think this city is a democracy? Dictator Bloomberg killed democracy with his term extension.
I don't know that KILLING Bloomass is the answer.
Why don't we exile him like they did Napolean, maybe to his Bermuda getaway?
An egomaniac in exile would be the worst punishment. Worse than losing the election.
Why should the media mean anything to anyone? They never report unbiased? They are a major reason for todays youth being tainted.
OGNI-HAS-BEEN HAS A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH BLOOMBERG!
OGNI-HAS-BEEN HAS A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH BLOOMBERG!
This patrician, elitist little fuck needs to become acquainted with the term "public service." Oh, I forgot--he PURCHASED his office and now we're all his vassals. Is anyone else sick enough of the status quo to vote all of these self serving bastards out of office?
His royal highn-ASS Bloomberg often interprets reporters' pithy questions as an interference with his divine right to rule!
BOUNCE THAT BUM!
November is coming up soon!
Those news hounds are the last bastion between a dictatorship and a republic.
Better some pushy ink-stained pressmen in Der Mayor's face than the bloodstained soldiers of Emperor "B" slaughtering our ranks...George!
