As vehicles get longer and old garages stay the same size, expect to see more of this. Why put the gate down at all? This particular scene was observed on Himrod Street near Grandview Avenue in Ridgewood.

Vehicles won't be getting longer any longer. The only people driving H2s and H3s these days are wannabe guido idiots.
my neighbor had a solution to this problem. He simply took the garage door off. Now i get to look into it all day long from my back window. That is, when the oversized truck isnt in it.
maybe the owner was simply in a hurry and sloppily parked tempOrarily ? or someone borrowed the vehicle and slapped it in that way ? even by nyc logic, doesn't make sense.....and to the 1st poster, why SHOULD anybody be forced to drive over priced golf carts because of mythology/scatology ?
It looks temporary to me. I used my pc mouse magnifier and there's at least one foot of clearance b/t the truck front and the garage door. I've seen this when families/owners are loading/unloading ...

Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap

HAHAHA!
Hey #2 - I thought the days of calling everyone who says something we don't like a "liberal" were over.
Shouldn't you be tea-bagging someone right now?

Haha at you for calling someone reactionary. FYI...that vehicle is neither an H2 nor H3.
What I want to know is how they get out of it once they park it in there?
They must have decent neighbors if no one is blocking the driveway. Maybe the police in ridgewood do a better job than the 114 precinct.
An idiot told me I didn't own the street when I told him he was blocking the driveway. That's the kind of neighbors I have in Astoria.

Yeah, #2... stick to the freaking playbook!
And by the way, h-less. "Guido" is an attitude - a state of mind - not a race. Sorry if you feel I have disrespected your people.
