Hey, Vallone wants to add another 20,000 people to Astoria.

Try getting through that to get to the city! Dont worry, the local community board will just roll over and play dead.

You see, without downzoning the entire boro, your downzone in your community will be pointless - especially after the developers will get spot changes.

From the few lines I checked, the cuts dont interfere with rush hour service. Most of the cuts are for fewer trains between 2am and 5 am. But it sucks that we wont be getting more trains any time soon during the rush hour.

How could you get more trains during rush hour? On most Queens lines trains are running as close to each other as is possible now.

I hate all the alternatives, but fear most of all what they did in the 70's, i.e. spend no money and let everything rot.

It has taken the last 30 years to repair the damage.
