City strong-armed Mets, too

Recently released e-mails show that city officials were after a free luxury suite in the new Mets stadium, in addition to a similar deal at the new Yankee Stadium.

After a long, contentious argument over Citi Field in Flushing, Queens, documents show that the Mets eventually gave in to City Hall’s request.

Neither side would say what the city traded for the box, but suites at Citi Field cost between $250,000 and $500,000.

That’s per year to lease!
According to an electrician on the job Baggie pants and his friends are getting there own swanky condo complete with big screens, computers, Kitchen etc.
Kind of what Moses had at the 1964 Worlds Fair at the NYSP
Figure It has to cost over 1 mil easy since the space wont be leased to big $$ corperates.

Have no doubt mayor baggie pants and his special "friends" will have plenty of room to sit in the dark with each others hands in there laps
