It's not too often you see this in a building application: PAVERS AND CONCRETE THROUGHOUT SITE. And it was approved by buildings after the City Council approved City Planning's green space initiatives. Fantastic!
There's more good news: NEW STUCCO EXTERIOR SIDING THROUGHOUT. Perfect material in which to clad an historic farmhouse!
Wait, they're not done yet! PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF EXISTING TAX LOT/ZONING LOT 46, INTO REAPPORTIONED TAX AND ZONING LOT 46, WITH ADJACENT TAX AND ZONING LOT 48, TO CREATE TWO NEW SEPARATE TAX AND ZONING LOTS 46 & 146
Woo hoo! More crap's a-comin'!

former head of that anemic 4 burros historic preservation group?
Stucco has no place on a farmhouse.
In fact I think stucco has no place on almost any house. When stucco first became a huge thing years back, I actually liked it. Now I think on most houses it looks like crap. Stucco doesn't seem to hold up like brick or siding. It gets stained quickly.
Doesn't that house have vinyl siding now? Stucco isn't great but it is better than ugly vinyl.
No, the house has wood on the exterior.
Seeing the partitions around this house had me thinking it was being demolished.
Great...2 Mountains of Euro-Fucco in MV
I am confused. Is this house remaining in tact (aside from stucco exterior)?
It was such a charming house. It just needed a little bit of TLC nothing more.
stucco looks a heck of a lot better than wood
