The greenways alongside the Cross Island Parkway are a haven for mosquitos. The Parks Department should adequately maintain these areas. From Fort Totten to Northern Blvd. water accumulates along the roadside and there is no drainage. The weeds are as tall as trees. This contributes to the problem.
