Hey, now...how about this for "luxury"? Next door to an auto body shop, these 3-story, "2-family" beauties (5 of them) along Metropolitan Avenue in Middle Village have been fancied up with two-tone stucco. Well, you know what they say about lipstick on a pig... One of the selling points is "If your phone is out of service, there's an antique landline on the corner."The owner of these properties, NY Home Sales, has a bizarre photo montage entitled "How We Build" on their website.
