Parking problem in Astoria

From the NYC Dept of Consumer Affairs: A business accommodating five or more vehicles for a fee, or other consideration charged directly or indirectly, must have a Garage license (if vehicles are stored in an entirely enclosed space), a Parking Lot license (if vehicles are stored in an unenclosed space), or a Combo Garage and Parking Lot license (if vehicles are stored in both enclosed and unenclosed spaces).

Also, the owner must have whole checklist of things, including insurance, a valid C of O, etc. I hope Jim Halvatzis can show these to the prospective owners if he is going to advertise this property as such.

You have to love the guy who doesn't give a shit about his neighbors and does this sort of thing. Absentee landlord.

If the city went around fining the homeowners who flagrantly disobey the building and zoning codes, we'd never have a budget deficit.
