If Sabini really had some Pinky in him the woman on the far left would have been slapped on her butt by now.

I think his face is flush because he was at a bar prior to this "photo op".
He's not pink. It's the lighting in the room that's pink. Check out the color on the screen panels to the right. A cheap shot.
Not buying the lighting story. The pink is concentrated around his nose and cheeks - where people who imbibe in alcohol usually are pink. And we know Sabini likes his booze. How about a Sabini martini?
