just wait until the gutter leaks. people going in and out of the house will get a shower of filthy water.
Six cans and they still cant fit all the garbage, no front yard, hanging jumkyards - welcome to the Brooklyn and Queens the clubhouse (and our Manhattan friends) wants for us.
As to the drain pipe, if you got six guys working 12 hour days sleeping in shifts in the apartment, who cares?
At least the floor is not dirt.
That pipe should last two or three years. Then the water will start to run down the bricks. The green mold will look real festive on the red bricks. With the white trim and viva la slum!
The absente landlord should make his money in about five or six years.
went to Heathers's cool and funny blog for the first time yesterday and was going to put down a comment for another posting about a lost dog, but found you have to log in first before making a comments so I decided not to, out of laziness.
