This how it should be - Patterson represented Harlem whose citizens would face the same discrimatory issues the bououghs will endure. I doubt the Gov. wants to address this doa issue. It'a loser's proposition to make everyone miserable, except rich Manhattanittes.

I will bet Mayor Bloomberg can improve chances of his congestion pricing plan being approved if he includes a mechanism to base rates on ability to pay. If he would really like to improve its chances he should include private planes flying into regional airports and the ability of those airplane owners to pay. But then, he always seems to have ideas to whip people into being green, without ever considering ability to pay, and we all know that to him as a multi-billionaire these $8.00 fees mean absolutely nothing.
Weiner is good for nothing and Bloomberg is just plain bad.
