Of course it's not in Queens.
It would have already been demolished....
but not until after an RFE
had been ignored by the LPC
and subsequently denied calendering
for a landmark hearing!
The bulldozer legacy
of "The Donny" (Manes) era lives on
in the hearts of our elected officials
who consider the money they get from developers
more important than preserving our deserving historical sites!
How delightfully lovely. The area gives off a placid personality.
There are homes and neighborhoods like this in parts of Pennsylvania - I'm thinking of Bethlehem. Serene and clean.
Naturally, some barbaric developer, along with several cannibalistic local electeds are plotting its destruction.
