The title is literal in Kew Gardens! We had new development on Curzon rd, a planned high occupancy building right in between single family homes, which after the second floor concrete was poured came crashing down and now we have a big pile of rubble for the past 8 months! No one was hurt by the way.

Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap
"The difference between dishonest and honest graft: for dishonest graft one worked solely for one's own interests, while for honest graft one pursued the interests of one's party, one's state, and one's personal interests all together." - George Washington Plunkitt
