A new blogger called The Angry New Yorker says his "FutureCrap" feature was partly inspired by Queens Crap, so I thought I would highlight his post about an unfortunate situation at Broadway and 46th Street today.

WRONG !!!
I used to live around the corner from this building at 45-11 Broadway, and I can see for certain that it's been a boarded-up eyesore since early 2004. Also it's a good bet that a five story shitbox or setback store will be thrown up on the site once zoning/permitting/money issues are taken care of. Word on the street is that a Greek commercial contractor owns the property.
