College Point Blvd crap

Aw..what a cute little house. Looks like there is a parking lot at the corner next to it. We can't be having that on College Point Blvd. It might set a bad precedent for Downtown Flushing!
Ah, now that's better. 130-08 58th Road. Only 2 units? Wait, I forgot the subdivided lots... 130-04 and 130-06
Notice the cardboard-like garage door with a pile of bricks in front of it. Incidentally, the name on the permits is "Huang" though I am not sure if he is related to you-know-who.

Do an ACRIS search on current and former properties owned by criminal Tommy Huang.

That'll tell it all !

I pass by this place all the time. You should see it after its rained a little. The entire corner in front of the building gets flooded. You can't even pass in front.

It does not appear to be Terrible Tommy. Just another cut from the same mold.

See the ECB Violations. According to the BIS system the owner paid approx. $11,000. The text has been abbreviated to save space.

Another example of architecture from John Liu's litterbox.
