Wow... I don't even know what to say. That web site could serve as an electronic brochure for the Queens School of Architecture and Design (Q-SAD). Just proves that money can't buy you taste. Thank you for sharing. That made my day. I needed a good laugh. :)
For worse! Most don't even have landscaping, lawns, trees, and the building materials are shoddy. Stucco in massive quantities was never meant for the northeast, and will show signs of weathering in a few years to come. Whatever happened to "Love Thy Neighbor?" A cancer is spreading in Malba. HELP!!!

this is why Queens has a bad name. When people say the word 'Queens,' it is synonymous with 'tacky.' This is also why Queens will never be as desirable as Brooklyn.
