Oh, and I thought it was that new crap being built facing the N train in Astoria.
But David, please, there's no place outside to store the bicycles and barbecue grills.
Once the Gowanus Expressway is replaced with a West Side-style boulevard, these residents will get the last laugh.
Twenty years ago, the West Side Highway was an industrial backwater, today it boasts the architecture of Meier, Gehry, and Nouvel.
