My solution- ban the Hummer for civilian use. This tank/SUV is too f'n big for urban use. It belongs in the deserts of Iraq, not on a Queens driveway.
It reminds me of the Leonard v. Pepsico lawsuit, where a wealthy idiot tried to purchase a Harrier jet with his Pepsi points.

Mansard Roof
A roof which rises by inclined planes from all four sides of a building. The sloping roofs on all four sides have two pitches, the lower pitch usually very steep and the upper pitch less steep.
Well since its got a fancy name attached to it I guess these roofs must be okay, then, but as to the buildings themselves anon #1 hit the nail on the head.
The SUV and Hummer are perfect for coarse third world types whose cultures are based on muscle and coarse public displays of wealth and power.
To say nothing about shitty roads.

I noticed alot of property owners making their own "driveways" in front of their homes where there is none, taking way spots on the street from their neighbors. How come they don't get ticketed for this?

It seems anything regulating the construction and real estate industry has tons of laws.
They are ignored.
Yet city council still passes more of 'em.
