Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap

Now that's a vintage storefront that should be preserved and integrated into whatever the area is about to become.
A little TLC and imagination goes a long way.
The area needs a historic district to save all old Long Island City downtown.
Maybe HDC or City Lore will help the community and follow their mandates.
Maybe I can win the lottery.
that storefront is vintage queens crap
i walk past it everyday
mice, vermin, bugs
figures, someone on this site wants to preserve it...
you guys are becomeing predictable
Well then, the storefront can easily be restored. It's called an exterminator, a can of paint and a paintbrush.
If this storefront were in Williamsburg or Greenpoint, people would be clamoring to save it. But it's in LIC, home to the community board from hell.
Apparently YOU are the vermin....
along with your fellow real estate rats!
