Pinky will no doubt buy a condo here and take out multiple mortgages on it every few months just like he does with his house in Middle Village.
Will Gallagher sue for trademark infringement?
Gallagher should sue, doesn't he have the exclusive use of that shade of pink?
Jake should move into the basement of this pink building. That would be most appropriate.

Maybe if the trim is painted "lavender" it might attract the tourist buses !!!
Well, as many times as we bash the Manhattan crowd as part of our problem, you see something like this and your first reaction is to reach out to them in sympathy.
Guys, we all need to get together and bury our differences.
The preservationist that can figure that out will be our answer to Robert Moses!

This is a dangerous precedent... there are stories that Schnabel deliberately uglied this up as revenge against preservationists. If that's so, think what the Crappists in Queens could do if they were ever motivated by revenge instead of just good old greed.
As someone who generally thinks development is a good thing, I can wholeheartedly say, without hesitation, that looking at that... thing... makes me want to cry and puke at the same time. To the architect: For shame, sir.
