A home run for Wright

Mets star David Wright is sitting pretty now that Queens-based Glaceau, makers of Vitamin Water, was taken over by Coca-Cola:

...instead of taking cash to endorse the company’s flavored water brands, the third baseman, who says he started drinking Glaceau’s juiced-up beverages in the minors, took a 0.5 percent ownership stake in the company.

Based on Coke's super-sized cash offer, Wright’s stake is now worth nearly $20 million - enough to buy about 10 million bottles of the enhanced water.
