Surprise, surprise...Mayor Boomberg has a home on Manhattan's most expensive street. The location of the most costly street in Queens? According to the NY Post, it's not Vernon Boulevard - yet.
Hey, is that the area the is landmarked and downzoned?
What a great place for more development!
We don't want landmarking and downzoning associated with wealth and connections do we? Everyone should share in, as they always tell the folks in western Queens, the 'benefits' of development.

Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap

The above organizations are recognized by Queens Crap as being beneficial to the city as a whole, by fighting to preserve the history and character of our neighborhoods. Douglaston...."The Manor".....that is..... isn't that where Mattone and (judge?) Golia live?
You certainly don't expect to find any Queens crap built there!
Tommmy Huang also lives around there. Notice how the "biggies" who shit in everyone else's yards don't live in their neighborhoods!
