Again, why are not these small efforts around the city publicized by some central clearinghouse organization?
There are tons of groups out there busily writing grants to serve the five boroughs. What do they accomplish in sharing information besides helping a few select privileged neighborhoods?
This effort ain't worth a bucket of warm spit as far as everyone else is concerned.
Aren't the British the biggest foreign property holders in NYC?
