Everybody Wang Chan tonight

This was a one-family house once located at 73-26 Queens Midtown Expressway South in Maspeth. In 2001, it was converted into a two-family house. A large fence went up soon after, and online records indicate that multiple commercial vehicles were parked on the property in violation of the zoning code.
In 2005, an application was entered to subdivide the property into 3 lots.
Three-family houses will now be built on each lot, and nine families will now be living where there was once one family with a nice green yard.
Wow, they salvaged a tree!
Those bricks piled up in the windows sure look like a safe condition.
This piece of Queens Crap brought to you from Flushing with love.

Funny how the Gazette has plenty of time to send reporters to breathlessly cover new development, but something like this?

You call this news?

We only want to talk about GOOD development.

What is it with these dimwits building housing next to a noisy highway.

Just like those jerks in Dutch Kills building apartments under the el.

What do you expect from a cheap Chinese construction company out of Flushing....quality?

Tommy Huang first set the example for shoddy building and his followers seem to be
infesting the rest of Queens with their low class structures!

H-m-m-m....infestation? Worse than the Asian Long Horned Beetle?
