It is funny, every major development is described as on a vacant lot, a car wash, etc.

No mention that this is a community whose electric grid is shot, has one third the number of hospitals of 30 years ago, or a fire house closed.

Do you want a 12 story hotel in your backyard, and the traffic congestion in those narrow streets of Dutch Kills?

Why are the rest of us stuck with the development costs if Dutch Kills Civic sells out to developers, takes a tidy profit, leaving us a tax bill and congestion?

We have rights too!
